Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, passes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. When you contact us, we receive the details you elect to send and use them to answer the message.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting service creates ordinary logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We examine aggregate patterns to maintain the service and learn which resources are useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may use cookies or comparable technology.
How We Use Data
The limited data above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Utah and Salt Lake County portals, Riverton offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information sent to any linked service falls under that service's policy. The same is true of sponsored search results, which an outside company provides.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support providers process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data already described. We may disclose information when valid legal process compels it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Technical logs are kept only as long as the stated purposes require. Since users do not create accounts, this service holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal information so that it can be removed.
Your Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, gives qualifying consumers rights involving access, deletion of data they supplied, portability, and opt-out of sale or targeted advertising. Because we retain so little, a request will generally involve our contact mailbox and server logs. Send it through the Contact page. Official records controlled by Riverton, Salt Lake County, or Utah remain outside our control; any correction or removal request must go to that record's custodian.
Changes to This Policy
A revised policy will appear here when terms change. Use of the service after publication of a revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
